RUGGIE™ is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by the following scenarios:
- Customer providing the wrong shipping address
- Failure to receive shipments due to inability to sign for the package
- Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs and duties
In the scenarios above, we can provide a full refund on product cost after it has been sent back to us and received. But if the package is not sent back but instead gets lost or destroyed, we cannot provide a refund as our products have been destroyed due to negligence on buyer's side.
In the rare case that your package did not arrive, and it was not for the above reasons. For example package is stolen by a third party, please contact us at support@ruggie.zendesk.com and we will investigate further and come up with a solution.
