This is a bug only seen on older MAC OS, it means your Ruggie is not connected to your computer.
Fix this issue with the following methods
- Restart Ruggie and try again
- Delete software, download it again, drag it into your "applications" folder
- Open it again and give it another try
- Click default button and try other settings to check if "apply" button works.
If above methods don't work
It might be a rare scenario where a combination of old version of Mac OS and computer is not compatible with our software. Use these methods below to solve the issue:
- Update your Mac OS
- Try another Mac computer
- Try a windows computer
