For international it is an extra $8 - $15 Flat rate and $25 - $100 for express. Handling time is generally 1 business day for all shipments. On orders received after 10am Pacific Time are sometimes not processed until the next business day. US orders with flat rate (DHL Ecom) and Free shipping typically arrive in 3 -7 business days, and Fedex express arrives in typically 1-2 business days. WHY IS SHIPPING COST SO HIGH?
We'd love to offer a lower shipping cost, but unfortunately Ruggie is considered a "large parcel" according to shipping companies due to its large dimensions. Shipping cost is not only calculated by weight but also volume, and Ruggie falls on the larger side of volume. Because of this, Ruggie is costly to ship compared to smaller products.
WHY DO WE CHARGE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MORE FOR SHIPPING?
We'd love to offer same shipping cost for everyone, but there’s one main reasons why we can't do so: International shipping is costly. Our products are warehoused in the USA, and shipping from here to international countries is super expensive to some countries. For example, express shipping of 1 Ruggie to South Africa cost over $190!

SHIPPING SERVICES & DELIVERY TIMES
U.S. SHIPMENTS:
Domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse near Chicago, Illinois. Most domestic shipments are sent through USPS, DHL or FedEx. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order.
U.S. Delivery Times:
Flat Rate DHL Ecommerce - Packages usually reach their destination in 2 -7 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders received after 10am Pacific Time are sometimes not processed until the next business day. Please note this does not include handling time.
Fedex Express - Packages usually reach their destination in 1 -2 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders received after 10am Pacific Time are sometimes not processed until the next business day. Please note this does not include handling time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
International orders are shipped from our warehouse near Chicago, Illinois and are sent through DHL.
International Delivery Times:
Flat Rate DHL Ecommerce - Orders typically take 7 - 14 business days to reach international destinations, but in rare occasions take as long as 3-4 weeks or more for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered...we wish we could give better specifics than that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot.
International Express - Orders typically take 3 - 4 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 2 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what your local authorities do with the shipment. We wish we could give better specifics than that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot.
