Faulty Display

In some rare cases a Ruggie with a faulty display might have passed through our quality inspection.

Is your display not turning on? First make sure the batteries are in the right way, even if one battery is inserted in the wrong way, the display will not turn on.

If your Ruggie's display is still not turning on, here is a way to check what the problem is.

1. Connect Ruggie to your computer via USB
2. If the LED is not displaying "USb" then it is faulty

What to do if faulty?

Simply send us a message with some proof that your Ruggie is indeed faulty, and we’ll send you a replacement for free. Follow the instructions in Returning Your Items
